I have been in Room 38 a couple times and the atmosphere is really boring. I know the drinks are good & it is a decent place to meet for drinks and apps, but I think they could spice up the decor a bit and give the place some atmosphere.
If you want to have the most perfect Chocolate martini, this is definately the place to go. I had not had one before I went to this place, they are devine!
